Without prior consent, Blockhenge Inc. will not provide, sell, lease, share or trade your Personally Identifying Information to any third parties.

Under the following circumstances, Blockhenge Inc. will disclose your Personally Identifying Information in full or in part: when we are required by the law of any jurisdiction to disclose your details.

Blockhenge Inc. retains your Personally Identifying Information for as long as we have a business need; or as required under the applicable laws, regulations and/or government orders. Following termination of the pilot program, Or At Your Request, Blockhenge Inc. will endeavor to erase and discard your data subject to the limitations and requirements under the applicable laws and regulations.
Any Personally Identifying Information collected by Blockhenge Inc. will be stored on its servers. These data may be transmitted without respect to jurisdiction to any servers operated by Blockhenge Inc.
4. Use for Marketing
Blockhenge Inc. will collect your Personally Identifying Information to provide product information and offers for Blockhenge Inc. products only. In doing so, we may contact you by telephone, e-mail, or other methods.
5. Legal Protection
Blockhenge Inc. may disclose Personally Identifying Information, and other information about you, or your communications, where disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary: (i) In order to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, including AML, CTF, Anti-Fraud and Consumer Protection requirements; or (ii) In order to protect our rights or interests, property or safety or that of others; or (iii) In order to assist with claims, disputes, or litigation – in court or elsewhere; or (iv) In order to facilitate or to verify the appropriate obligations or in an emergency situation.
